How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days and express 2–3 business days, depending on your pincode.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders above ₹999. Below that, standard delivery is ₹60 and express is ₹120.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email (and WhatsApp, if you opted in). You can also see it any time under My account → Orders.
Can I return or exchange an order?
Because tea is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened tins. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, write to us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and cash on delivery where available.
Do you offer gift notes or corporate gifting?
Yes. Add a gift note in your bag and we print it on a card tucked in with the tin. For corporate gifting, choose "Wholesale & gifting" in the contact form.
