Who can apply for a trade account?
Cafés, restaurants, hotels, wellness studios, spas, offices, retailers, online stores, distributors and corporate gifting buyers. If you are not sure, send the form and we will tell you.
Can I order samples first?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack in the form so you can taste the tea, show it to your team and check how your customers respond before you place an order.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Trade pricing depends on the pack, the order size and how often you reorder. We send the price list after reviewing your application.
How long does onboarding take?
We review each application and usually reply within two working days with pricing and next steps.
Do you supply corporate gifts?
Yes. Tell us the number of gifts and your dates in the form and we will suggest options.
